Account & Personal Data Deletion Request

In accordance with Google Play User Data Policies and global privacy standards (including GDPR and CCPA), users of the Vega GPS Tracker mobile application and platform can request the permanent deletion of their account and associated personal data.

⚠️ Irreversible Action:

Once your account is deleted, all personal profiles, credentials, active sessions, and push notification tokens are permanently purged. This action cannot be reversed.

Option 1: Delete Directly Within the Mobile App

📱 In-App Deletion Path

If you have access to the Vega GPS Tracker Android application, you can delete your account instantly without waiting for manual verification:

Open the Vega GPS Tracker app and sign in.
Tap the Menu / Profile icon in the navigation bar.
Navigate to Account Settings › Security.
Tap Delete Account at the bottom of the screen.
Confirm the deletion prompt. Your session and credentials will be removed immediately.

Option 2: Web Deletion Request Form

If you have uninstalled the app or cannot sign in, submit your registered email address below. Our operations team will verify and process the removal within 24–48 hours.

A confirmation has been logged for your account. Our support team will process the permanent deletion of your profile, credentials, and notification tokens within 24 to 48 hours. If you need immediate assistance, please reach out to support@vegagps.com.

Data Handling and Retention Policy

When you request account deletion, here is how each category of data is handled:
